Kristin was a phone representative with Nationwide Better Health. She attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Dallastown.

Besides her parents, she leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Evan M. Hook of Red Lion, two brothers, Jared M. Hook and his wife Karen of Red Lion and Patrick J. Hook and his wife Tricia of Northeast, MD. She also has numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces and nephews and her Paternal Grandparents, James and Sarah (Garrity) Hook of Derry, PA.

Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Kristin was a very strong and beautiful young lady. She was a good friend to everyone. She loved flowers and animals. She said "see you later" to her pet dog, Wabbles as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Now they are reunited! And, together will watch over us always.

When I'm Gone: When I come to the end of my journey and I Travel my last weary mile. Just forget if you that I ever frowned and remember only the smile. Forget unkind words I have spoken; remember some good I have done. Forget that I ever had heartache and remember I've had loads of fun. Forget that I've stumbled and blundered and sometime fell by the way. Remember that I have fought some hard battles, and won, ere the close of the day. But in summer just gather some flowers and remember the place where I lay, and come in the shade of the evening when the sun paints the sky in the west. Stand for a few moments beside me and remember only my best.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you remember Kristin with a contribution offered to: The Lupus Foundation of America, 2000 L. Street NW, Suite 4110, Washington, DC 20036, or online donations at:
