Lorna J. (Fitz) Boettcher of York entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Rest Haven - York at the age of 64.

She was married to Michael "Mike" L. Boettcher whom entered into eternal rest on March 20, 2015.

She was born in York on January 1, 1953 and was the daughter of the late Paul A. and Mazie E. (Markel) Fitz.

Lorna was a homemaker; and a graduate of Dallastown High School, Class of 1970.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, a daughter – Amy S. Wildasin of Spring Grove and her husband Nick and a son- Chad S. Boettcher of York and his wife Amanda; 4 grandchildren- Michael, Madison, Kayla and Raylan; a sister – Beth Senft of York; several nieces and nephews.

Viewings will be on Tuesday, May 16th from 6-8 pm and Wednesday, May 17th from 9-10 AM at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion .
A Service of Honor and Praise for Lorna will begin on Wednesday at 10 am at the funeral home.
Chaplain Wesley Mast, pastor of Heartland Hospice will officiate.
Burial will be at Mt. Rose Cemetery.
