Nellie M. (Randecker) McCliment formerly of Red Lion, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11:57 am at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home in Carlisle at the age of 99. She was the wife of the late Roy W. McCliment who entered into rest on April 17, 2004 at the age of 85.

She was born in Allport, Clearfield County on May 9, 1918 and was the daughter of the late William T. and Annie ( Smith) Randecker. She was a graduate of Morrisdale High School and Thompson Business School. Nellie was a secretary at Children and Youth Services of York County, retiring in 1973 after 22 years of service. She was a longtime member of Locust Grove United Church of Christ.

A service of Honor and Praise for Nellie will be on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 11 am at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Viewing will be from 10-11 am at the funeral home with her pastor, Rev. Kent W. Rhodehamel officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family in Freysville Cemetery.

Nellie leaves a son, Paul E. McCliment of Hanover and his wife Priscilla and a daughter, Jewell A. McCliment of Harrisburg and 14 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen I. Campbell and her half-brother, William Randecker.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered to Alzeimer's Association, Greater Pennsylvania Chapter,2595 Interstate, Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I'm following the path, God laid for me. I took His hand when I heard Him call; I turned away and left it all. Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and share with me. God wanted me now, He set me free.
